We cut 2026-28 revenue growth to 5%/12%/12% respectively. We also reduce impairment charges, raise 2026 net profit by 3.9% and trim 2027-28 forecasts by 4.0%/7.5% respectively. Maintain BUY. Target price: Rmb135.00.

By channel, direct sales rose 34% yoy, while wholesale channel sales declined 35% yoy. i-Moutai sales grew 283% yoy to Rmb18.7b in 2Q26, driven by its continued DTC transformation. As of end-2Q26, stated-owned investors, including Central Huijin Asset Management and China Securities Finance Corporation, no longer appear among Moutai's top 10 shareholders. Maintain HOLD; cut target price by 7% to Rmb1,295.00.
